Primeo is a Swiss energy group whose origins date back to 1897 with the creation of EBM (Elektra Birseck Münchenstein). It has been active in France since 1906, particularly as a local distribution provider (ELD) in twelve Alsatian communes, and expanded to supply electricity to residential customers in 2023.

Primeo is both an energy supplier and producer. As of 2024, it operates 232 renewable energy sites across Europe (wind, hydro, solar), with a total production of 1,489 GWh. The group serves more than 170,000 customers in Switzerland and France, mainly in the professional and residential sectors.
